Shipping policy

Shipping Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Customers based in the United Arab Emirates can choose between USPS and UPS. International customers may choose to have their orders shipped via either USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout by our shipping carriers. Please note that Maison Sybarite does not add a handling fee to our shipping rates.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are shipped Sunday through Thursday (excluding holidays) from Dubai, UAE. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. Unless otherwise requested, if an order contains a back-ordered or sold out product, we will not ship that order until the missing products are back in stock.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your shipment has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation notice containing your order tracking number.

Additional Information

• You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

• After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
